Apceptas austersēnes
Mushrooms:
350 g of yellow oyster mushrooms
Vegetables:
3 cloves of garlic
5 sprigs of thyme
Liquids:
2 tbsp. olive oil
Additionally:
2 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the oyster mushrooms in it without stirring until they are lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Stir and bake for another 3-5 minutes until the other side remains golden brown.
Add butter, garlic, thyme and cook on low heat for 6 minutes, stirring regularly, until they become lightly browned.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with an omelette.
