Apceptas austersēnes

Mushrooms:

  • 350 g of yellow oyster mushrooms

Vegetables:

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 5 sprigs of thyme

Liquids:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Additionally:

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the oyster mushrooms in it without stirring until they are lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Stir and bake for another 3-5 minutes until the other side remains golden brown.

  2. Add butter, garlic, thyme and cook on low heat for 6 minutes, stirring regularly, until they become lightly browned.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve with an omelette.
