Oyster mushrooms with red lentils
Mushrooms:
350 g of oyster mushrooms
Vegetables:
1 onion
1/2 tbsp. ginger (grated)
Liquids:
60 ml sweet cream
300 ml vegetable broth
Additionally:
100 g of red lentils
2 tbsp. turmeric powder
2 tbsp. corn flour
Salt
Pepper
Boil red lentils in a pot, add a little salt, about 3-5 min.
Sauté the onion in a pan until it becomes transparent, add ginger, cut oyster mushrooms, turmeric and vegetable broth. Cook until the mushrooms are soft.
Mix sweet cream and flour in a bowl, pour it over when the mushrooms have become soft. Add the lentils, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 10 minutes so that the flavors blend.
