Oyster mushrooms in batter

Mushrooms:

  • 500 g of oyster mushrooms

Liquids:

  • 250 ml of milk

  • 150 ml of beer

Additionally:

  • 350 g of flour

  • 150 g cheese (grated)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Chop the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces, put them in a bowl, add flour, milk, beer, eggs, cheese and salt. Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform mass is formed.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the oyster mushrooms covered in the mass for 3-5 minutes on each side until the mushrooms become golden.

  3. Serve with boiled potatoes or just plain!
