Oyster Mushroom Alfredo
Mushrooms:
200 g green beans, cut
200 g oyster mushrooms, sliced
Pasta:
450 g farfalle pasta
Vegetables:
1 onion, chopped
Fresh basil leaves
2 roasted red peppers, sliced
Liquids:
250 ml of milk
The others:
160 g brie cheese or cream cheese
100 g of grated Parmesan or Giuga cheese
50 g of butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the beans, drain and return everything back to the pot.
Melt the butter in a pan, fry the onions and oyster mushrooms in it for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in the brie until it melts.
Add salt, milk, garlic powder. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes, add fried pepper, drained pasta with beans, mixed with cheese.
Garnish with freshly cut basil leaves when serving.
