Oyster Mushroom Gnocchi

60 ml sauss baltvīns

Cook the gnocchi as directed on the package.
Melt half the amount of butter in a pan, caramelize the onions until they become transparent, then add the sliced duck hearts and fry for 5 minutes, add the oyster mushrooms, sauté until golden brown. Season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Add white wine, thyme to the pan and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
Add the prepared gnocchi to the pan, add the remaining amount of butter, mix and fry until the gnocchi turns golden.
Serve topped with freshly grated cheese.
