Oyster Mushroom Gnocchi

Sēnes:​

  • 300 g  austersēnes, sagrieztas

Gaļa:​

  • 250 g pīļu sirdis

Gnoči:

  • 500 g kartupeļu gnocchi

Dārzeņi:

  • 1 vidēja izmēra sīpols

  • 2 ķiploku daivas, sasmalcinātas

Šķidrumi:

  • 60 ml sauss baltvīns

Pārējie:

  • Parmesan vai Džiugas siers

  • 50 g sviests

  • 3 tējk. svaiga timiāna

  • sāls

  • melnie pipari

  1. Cook the gnocchi as directed on the package.

  2. Melt half the amount of butter in a pan, caramelize the onions until they become transparent, then add the sliced duck hearts and fry for 5 minutes, add the oyster mushrooms, sauté until golden brown. Season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add white wine, thyme to the pan and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add the prepared gnocchi to the pan, add the remaining amount of butter, mix and fry until the gnocchi turns golden.

  5. Serve topped with freshly grated cheese.
