Oyster mushroom pizza
Mushrooms:
200 g oyster mushrooms
Vegetables:
1 bell pepper
100 g olives
1 clove of garlic
Basil
Thyme
Arugula
Additionally:
1 pack tomato paste
1 pack mozzarella cheese
80 g Feta cheese
Pizza dough
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Add a pinch of salt to a pot of water, cook the oyster mushrooms in it for about 5 minutes.
Dry the oyster mushrooms and cut them into slices.
The pizza dough is covered with tomato paste, sliced olives, oyster mushrooms, peppers, Mozzarella and Feta cheese torn into small pieces, topped with greens, the outer edge can be smeared with olive oil mixed with squeezed garlic.
Bake in the oven at 230°C until the edges of the pizza are brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh arugula leaves before serving.
