Broccoli Soup with Oyster Mushrooms
Mushrooms:
150 g of oyster mushrooms
Vegetables:
500 g broccoli, divided into smaller pieces
100 g potatoes, cut into cubes
dill
Liquids:
100 ml sweet cream
100 ml sour cream
The others:
salt
pepper
Put cut oyster mushrooms in a pot with water, add salt, cook until the mushrooms become semi-soft. Add broccoli and potatoes, cook until all ingredients are soft.
Mash the potatoes and broccoli with a fork.
Mix the sweet cream with the sour cream and add to the soup. Boil for 7 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with fresh dill before serving.
