Gourmet Oyster Mushrooms with Fettuccine Pasta
Mushrooms:
150 g oyster mushrooms, chopped
Meat:
50 g of bacon
Pasta:
450 g fettuccine pasta
Vegetables:
1 small onion, sliced
1 clove of garlic
Liquids:
200 ml of sweet cream
100 ml of chicken broth
50 ml of white wine
The others:
20 g of butter
A handful of toasted walnuts
Parmesan or Giuga cheese
salt
pepper
Cook the fettuccine pasta as directed on the package.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the bacon, onions and sliced oyster mushrooms - sauté for about 5 minutes until the onions become soft and golden.
Add the wine and leave to simmer a little longer.
Add the sweet cream and chicken stock, cook until the sauce becomes thick and creamy.
Add cooked pasta and toss together.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and toasted walnuts.
Serve immediately!
