Oven-baked oyster mushrooms with mashed potatoes

Mushrooms:

  • 500 g oyster mushrooms

Vegetables:

  • 2 garlic cloves (unpeeled)

  • 2 onions (cut into quarters)

Additionally:

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Thyme (optional)

  • Oregano (optional)

  • Marjoram (optional)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C. If the oyster mushrooms have large caps, they can be torn into smaller pieces.

  2. Place oyster mushrooms, unpeeled garlic and onions in a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and herbs, grated butter, and salt and pepper.

  3. Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for about 30-45 minutes until the mushrooms become crispy.

  4. Served with mashed potatoes.
