Oven-baked oyster mushrooms with mashed potatoes

Sēnes:​

  • 500 g austersēnes

Dārzeņi:​

  • 2 ķiploku daivas (nemizotas)

  • 2 sīpoli (sagriezti ceturtdaļās)

Papildus:​​

  • Olīveļļa

  • Sviests

  • Timiāns (pēc izvēles)

  • Oregāno (pēc izvēles)

  • Majorāns (pēc izvēles)

  • Sāls

  • Pipari
     

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C. If the oyster mushrooms have large caps, they can be torn into smaller pieces.

  2. Place oyster mushrooms, unpeeled garlic and onions in a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil and herbs, grated butter, and salt and pepper.

  3. Put the baking pan in the oven and bake for about 30-45 minutes until the mushrooms become crispy.

  4. Served with mashed potatoes.
