Mushrooms:

  • 500 g of oyster mushrooms

Liquids:

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Additionally:

  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Lemon pepper

  1. Heat the oven and baking dish to 200°C. Break the oyster mushrooms into pieces, put them in a bowl and mix them together with the other ingredients. It is important that all the mushrooms are covered with oil and spices.

  2. Spread the mushrooms loosely in a single layer in a baking dish.

  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes until the mushrooms are brown and crispy.
