Macaroni with Blue Cheese and Oyster Mushrooms

Mushrooms:

  • 300 g of oyster mushrooms

Pasta:

  • 450 g pasta

Vegetables:

  • 1 onion, chopped

Liquids:

  • 3 tbsp. oil

  • 200 ml of sweet cream

The others:

  • 100 g blue cheese (Roquefort, DorBlu)

  • Grill seasoning mix

  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.

  2. Sauté the onion in the pan for about 5 minutes. Add the oyster mushrooms, top up with the grill spice mixture and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the blue cheese mixed with sweet cream, mix together and cook for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms become soft.

  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the contents of the pan.

  5. Serve immediately!
