Mom's Favorite Oyster Mushrooms with Pasta
Mushrooms:
500 g oyster mushrooms, sliced
Pasta:
450 g pasta
Vegetables:
1 large onion, finely chopped
Liquids:
300 ml of sweet cream
oil
The others:
1 tbsp. paprika powder
200 g feta cheese
salt
pepper
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Sauté the onion in a pan until translucent. Coat the onions with the paprika powder, stirring to coat evenly.
Add the oyster mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté for about 10 minutes until the mushrooms are soft. Continue to cook uncovered in the pan until all the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in the feta cheese, stir until melted. Pour in the cream, cook for about 2 minutes.
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Mix well.
Serve immediately.
