Spicy Chicken with Tagiatelle Pasta and Oyster Mushrooms
Mushrooms:
150 g of oyster mushrooms
Meat:
300 g chicken fillet
Pasta:
400g tagliatelle pasta
Vegetables:
2 cloves of garlic
1 chili pepper
1 tsp. grated ginger
Liquids:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine
2 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. plum sauce
100 ml vegetable broth
Mix soy sauce, rice wine and grated ginger in a bowl, add sliced chicken fillets, leave them to marinate for at least 30 min.
Heat the oil in a pan, put the minced garlic in it, along with salt and chili pepper, let it fry for about 1 min until the strong smell of garlic disappears, add the marinated chicken, stew for 3 min. Then add sliced oyster mushrooms, plum sauce and vegetable broth.
Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain the water, mix it with the previously prepared sauce, let it rest for a while and serve.
