Mushroom meatballs
Mushrooms:
200 g oyster mushrooms (finely chopped)
200 g champignons (finely chopped)
Vegetables:
200 g potatoes
150 g onion
Additionally:
60 g Emmental cheese
30 g Dorblu cheese
200 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Sauté the onion in a pan until it becomes translucent, then add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Allow the mixture to cool, while adding spices to taste, one egg, grated cheese, and potatoes, and mixing well.
Form the mixture into balls, roll them in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. If the meatballs do not hold their shape, add a little more breadcrumbs to the mixture until the mixture becomes firm.
Fry in oil, remove from oil and drain.
