Tostermaize ar kausētu brie sieru un austersēnēm
Mushrooms:
200 g of yellow oyster mushrooms
Vegetables:
2 cloves of garlic
4 thyme sprigs
Liquids:
1 tbsp. white wine (dry)
Additionally:
125 g brie cheese
40 g of butter
4 slices of sourdough bread
Salt
Pepper
Break the oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces, melt the butter in a pan, put the oyster mushrooms in it and add salt, fry for 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Add squeezed garlic and wine. Bake for 2 minutes until the edges of the mushrooms are golden brown. Add the thyme and remove from the heat.
Heat the oven to 200°C, cut the Brie cheese into 5mm slices.
Place the Brie cheese on the slices of sourdough bread, and the mushroom mass from the pan on it. Put the buns in the oven and bake for 2 minutes, until the Brie cheese starts to melt and brown edges remain.
