Mushrooms:
500 g of oyster mushrooms
Meat:
200 g of bacon
100g dried ham
Pasta:
450 g pasta
Vegetables:
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
The others:
100 ml tomato puree
1/2 tbsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Sauté the bacon with the onions until the onions turn golden brown. Add sliced oyster mushrooms, pepper and salt to taste.
Add tomato puree, quartered tomatoes and marjoram, cook for about 20 min.
Stir in the flour and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce. Add minced garlic and chopped ham. Stir and allow the flavors to combine.
When serving, cover with freshly grated cheese.
